Here's my take on the colors: 

 I had to add a little green.

Cutting/Embossing: WPlus9 - Folk Art Florals die
Misc.: Dimensional Adhesive, jewel embellishments, twine from The Twinery

And a little knitting...

Pattern: Chickadee Cowl
Yarn: Misti Alpaca Chunky Handpainted
Needle: Size 11 circular
In retrospect, I'd use a larger size needle to show off the yarn a bit more, but it will make a nice gaiter for next winter!
