Today, we are celebrating our wedding anniversary. I've decided to post some random knitting that I've finished and some fun, light-hearted anniversary cards I made for the occasion...especially since we are up north in the woods.
This first card features Lawn Fawn's Critter's in the Forest. Can't remember the DP, but twine is from The Twinery, used Memento - Tuxedo Black, and all are colored with Copic markers.
Here's some knitting (did you know I've become obsessed with Twisted Fiber Art's self-striping yarns and the Puerperium pattern?)...
This is the ember colorway, knit on size 6 needles, one skein total. Superwash merino wool, DK weight. Lovely yarn.
Anniversary card #2...
Again, Lawn Fawn's Critter's in the Forest, Martha Stewart Grass punch, DeNami Designs - cloud stamp, Memento - Tuxedo Black, stardust stickles, copic markers.
Yet another Puerperium Sweater and Welcome to the World Newborn hat... this time using Three Irish Girls Yarn (local yarn company). Just had barely enough for the Newborn hat with one skein - it's more of a preemie sized hat. Also lovely yarn. This is the Agua Vida colorway.
The color is more true in the sweater photo. Also knit on size 6 needles. Superwash merino, worsted weight.
