DeNami - Mini Cards Blog Hop

DeNami's August Blog Hop is here! Hopefully you are enjoying all the beautiful cards the design team and other blog participants have created for your viewing pleasure!


If you are following the hop, you have just arrived from the fantastic blog of Kristy. If you are just joining the blog hop, go to the DeNami site and start leaving comments from the beginning... you'll want to have the opportunity to win some sweet prizes. DeNami is giving away THREE $20 gift certificates to their website!

Here are the blog hop details:
When: The blog hop starts on August 14 at 6 AM, PST. However, you have until August 15, 2011, 11:59 pm PST, to leave comments on all the blogs (to be eligible for a prize).
Why: To be inspired by beautiful creations featuring DeNami Design stamps and also the chance to win mini shopping sprees on the DeNami Design website!

Here are two photos of the mini card:



I made a little bigger next door neighbor that is very similar, so that way you could really see that it truly is a "mini" card. It's the size of the largest petite scalloped circles of Spellbinder's Nestabilities series. The bigger card will fit in a size A2 envelope. If you're curious, I used Julee's great tutorial on how to make non-traditional sized cards, and I found it really helpful.

Materials:
Paper: Misc. Bazzill cardstock, Daydreams by Nancie Rowe-Janitz (#651 Dream)
Stamps/Inks: Memento - Tuxedo Black, DeNami Designs - C64 Pumpkin Chickie
Cutting/Embossing: Martha Stewart Leaf Punch, Spellbinder Nestabilities - Standard and Scalloped circles, Sizzix EClips for pumpkin cut-out --seasonal cartridge
Misc.: Copic markers
