Reverse Confetti - Stock Your Stash

I saw these adorable halloween stamps and couldn't resist... and they worked with this month's Reverse Confetti Challenge Halloween/Fall Fun.

Misc: Brutus Monroe glow in the dark glimmer paste, dimensional adhesive, copic markers, Newton's Nook - Flying Bats stencil
