The challenge: Tic Tac Toe

My row of three: green, glitter, and polka dots

My card:

The glitter is subtle - midnight stickles on Mimi and Wink of Stella clear glitter pen on the yellow hearts. I have a close up of the Wink of Stella, because it is hard to photograph!

Materials
Paper: Neenah - Solar white, misc. Bazzill cardstock, Bo Buny polka dotted paper
Stamps/Inks: Memento - Tuxedo Black and Bamboo Leaves, HA Shadow Ink - Butter Bar, DeNami -PF43 Hearts Set, K74 Mom-to-be Mimi, PF48 Thoughtful Greetings Set
Misc.: Copic markers, dimensional adhesive, Wink of stella clear glitter pen, midnight stickles, pearl embellishment
