A couple of really neat techniques today (and of course new sketches and a new color combination)...
1. Sketch/One Layer Banners
I didn't really have anything that would work for the rotated stamping, and I tried it with limited success using Belinda's Borders - mostly just added a little interest to the stamped background on the star.
Materials
Paper: Watercolor paper, misc. Bazzill cardstock
Stamps/Inks: Versafine - Vintage Sepia, TH Distress Inks - Salty Ocean, Tumbled Glass, Brushed Corduroy, Dusty Concord, and Shaded Lilac, Fresh Ink - Birch, Colorbox - Frost White, Paper Smooches - Streamers and Sentiment Sampler; Lawn Fawn - Belinda's Borders
Cutting/Embossing: Lawn Cuts - Puffy Stars, ranger superfine clear embossing powder
Misc.: Dimensional adhesive, Rock Candy Stickles, May Arts twine
