Bellarific Friday and a new WPlus9 Release

This week's challenge over at Stamping Bella is to create a card based on one of the two sketches below.

Here's mine:

Cutting/Embossing: Spellbinder's Nestabilities - Standard Circles and Cookie Cutter Circles, EK Success border punch
Misc.: Copic markers, prismacolor pencils + gamsol, Wink of Stella Glitter Brush - Silver, orange peel stickles, twine from the Twinery, dimensional adhesive

This card was completely inspired by Dawn's use of two of WPlus9's new sets together. It was the deciding factor for purchasing both sets. And they came SO fast in the mail.
