National Stamping Month Challenge #1

We are celebrating all month long, and we want you to join the fun!

Here's the first week's challenge over at DeNami Designs...

The details:

1.) Create a card using varying shades of a single color (white OK). Must use at least one DeNami Design stamp.
2.) Send DeNami a photo of your card (or a link to your photo on a blog or online gallery). Include your name, state or province, and include challenge title in the subject line ("Monochromatic Color Challenge").

Challenge entries will be accepted through September 3, 2012. Finalists will be posted on Facebook. Voting will take place September 4-9, 2012. Winner will be determined by highest number of "likes" a photo receives. DeNami Design reserves the right to change the rules at any time.

Here's mine:

I think monochromatic cards with DeNami stamps are really tough -- especially when I love chickies that have to be, at the very minimum, both orange and yellow, so that kind of excludes them. Hopefully this shows up fine on your monitor, but these are all different shades of blue.

Materials:
Paper: Misc. Bazzill cardstock, Neenah - Solar White, Tim Holtz Core Distress paper
Stamps/Inks: Memento - Paris Dusk, Summery Sky, DeNami - F166 Baby Circle and C71 Small Side-view Sheep, A muse Studio - Little Peanuts
Cutting/Embossing: Craft Concepts Embossing Folder - Ramsey, Spellbinder's Nestabilities - Standard and Scalloped Circles
Misc.: Copic markers, liquid pearls - ocean blue, ocean twine from The Twinery, dimensional adhesive, stardust stickles
